ESPN's Kevin Seifert reports that the Vikings' offense ranks 25th in expected points added (EPA), while the defense and special teams rank first and second, respectively. This disparity is further evidenced by the fact that Minnesota has been outgained by 244 yards this season, marking the second-worst yardage differential for any 3-0 team in history, trailing only the 2020 Seattle Seahawks.

Quarterback Kyler Murray returned from a concussion in Week 3, connecting with Jordan Addison for a touchdown and Justin Jefferson for a 22-yard gain before Jefferson exited with an ankle injury.
