Ukrainian military intelligence has identified an Nvidia Jetson Orin module within the wreckage of a Russian S-71 Monochrome cruise missile, according to reporting from The Register. The Defense Ministry’s Intelligence Directorate (GUR) stated that the presence of the chip suggests the use of artificial intelligence in the air-launched weapon, which possesses autonomous capabilities to search for and engage targets via optical sensors.
